I had a great massage. Whatever I was thinking about from work beforehand, just disappeared. That's a hard place for me to get to. The pressure was perfect, and I didn't need to change anything, although the therapist told me it was okay to. He said, "It's your body, and your session, so let's customize the massage to your liking."

The way that my hands and forearms were gently worked helped after a long week at the computer. Along with exercises from my PT, I'll be able to get through another week!

I finally found time for ME! During this massage, I was glad that the therapist did not talk me to death like some others elsewhere. My neck and shoulders were concentrated on as I asked at the beginning. That's where I hold my tension, and sometimes get headaches from.

For a long time, it seemed the pain-relief solution was in deep tissue massage, which helps for a few days at most, then fades back into tension.
